We’ll spend years of our lives worrying and wondering why something did or didn’t happen at the time we expected it to…

Or we could lean into trust and give it God.

I don’t know why I got sick this, but I do know it gave me a guilt free excuse to slow down and re-evaluate the things I have committed myself to.

I schedule regular check ins with myself (like I shared this past Sunday) in order to continue to grow and evolve into the best version of myself, because unlike

your to-do list, you are never fully done.

And for this I am grateful.

As my mentor says, “growth and evolution over a life time.” 🤩
