Success doesn’t require massive action.

Success doesn’t require massive action.

This year, I set the goal to do 50 pushups consecutively.

Instead of trying to accomplish this goal in the first month of the year, I decided to create an incredible foundation for it.

The first Monday of the year, I started with 1 pushup and did just 1 pushup every day for that week. Then the second Monday, I did 2 pushups and then 2 pushups every day that week, and so on and so forth.

So gradually, and without overwhelm, I will build to 50 pushups a day.

There’s no rush for me to achieve it as I know I will in time and for now, I enjoy the daily challenge of pushups.

For me, it’s about the 1% growth, the small little things, that actually have the biggest impact on my success. Because, I know it’s these little things that others may overlook, but the little daily habits are vital to creating lasting success.

If you’re struggling to create the success you desire, I can help. Through my private coaching, I help men and women to shift perspectives and change their daily habits in order to create a life and business they desire. Send me a PM and we’ll have a brief chat through messenger and if you’re a fit, we could start this week!!
