I can’t tell you the last time I put on deodorant.
I can’t tell you the last time I put on deodorant.
Years ago, when I started to remove toxins from my home, “regular” deodorant was one of the first things to go. I remember the face my husband would make as I try to put charcoal deodorant on (spoiler alert, not that easy).
But I as I became even more conscious of what I was putting into my body, I found deodorant to be less and less necessary.
These days, I rarely if ever actually use it.
Additionally, this does not mean I douse myself in body sprays, but I can tell (smell 🫣) when my nutrition is out of whack and I’ll spend a couple days really dialed in with more water than normal and any kind of scent goes away.
Aren’t our bodies amazing?!
