Success is not replicable.

Success is not replicable.

At least not in the way you might think.

Successful people can replicate success in their own lives, but if you and I were to attempt to follow their exact success formula we would fail.

Because creating success involves more than strategy.

Strategy is replicable all day long.

But strategy is only a small part of the success formula.

Lasting and fulfilling success requires inner work and not everyone is willing to do the work required.

It’s the work, that’s uncomfortable and life changing.

The work, that requires introspection and a willingness to be wrong.

The work of asking hard questions and going deeper than surface level.

The work of unlearning and relearning.

The work that truly matters.

When you’re willing to do the work, success becomes inevitable.
