There is no greater force than that of a decisive woman.

I shared about the power of decision in The Overjoyed Moms FB group on Friday as I wrapped up the Worthy Masterclass and so as I watched my 8yo daughter play soccer this weekend, I saw her decisiveness in action.

I called it the “crazy look” in her eye- it was her determination, her decision that she was going to score a goal for the team and it was done. No questions asked.

And I watched as she decided and achieved the goal in a matter of moments.

Once we decide and quit allowing our excuses to lead us, something changes not just within ourselves but the world seems to automatically respond differently. Almost like, the Universe was merely waiting for us to choose and then the path was laid before us.

The truth is we are always deciding, but many of us don’t choose an active role and instead let the world decide for us.

Passive decision making doesn’t score goals.

And it doesn’t get you the life you desire to live.
