Belief.

While I support my clients in numerous areas, strategy, mindset, emotional intelligence, etc. their beliefs is by far the biggest game charger. 

As beautifully quoted a million times over, “if you think you can’t, you can’t. If you think you can, you can.”

And it’s a 1000% true.

What we believe to be true quite literally creates our life. 

And when you believe anything is possible, you’re able to live that way. 

I know, it sounds all sunshine and rainbows.

But belief isn’t just thinking positively, you actually have to feel it too. The belief has to feel true to you and this is where things can get lost. This is also why some people feel affirmations don’t work.

It’s not the belief or the mindset that creates the disconnection, it’s actually how you feel about the belief that will make it or break it.

For instance, walking around thinking about having a million dollars in the bank, may not feel true to you. 

But focusing on something like wealth can open you up to more and help you begin to shift your beliefs.
