Eyes are the windows to our souls…

They say our eyes are the windows to our souls.

As I have deepened my own relationship with my soul, I have noticed how much eye contact I make with myself and others.

In times when I am feeling disconnected from my soul or frustrated and in my head, I tend to make very little eye contact. But when I'm feeling connected, happy, and in love with life I make a lot of eye contact with perfect strangers.
