I’m a mom…

I’m a mom.

This was my excuse for years.

My excuse for not making myself a priority.

For not having time to workout.

For not feeling amazing about myself.

For not dressing up.

For not wearing earrings.

For not wearing lipstick or makeup.

For being exhausted.

For running a struggling business.

For lack of intimacy in my marriage.

I’m a mom was my excuse for years, until it became my reason.

I’m a mom and I deserve time to workout.

I’m a mom and I’m allowed to eat healthy and not everyone’s leftovers at lunch.

I can have a thriving business and be a present mom.

I deserve to date my husband and feel butterflies,  even after 17 years of marriage.

I feel so put together when I wear clothes I love.

I feel incredible when I spend the few moments to put on earrings and lipstick.

I make myself a priority to led by example and show my children how they can have it all.

Is being a mom your excuse or your reason??
